Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal cheese and charcuterie boards, we are unable to accept physical returns once a shipment has left our facility. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery to facilitate a replacement or credit.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Board
Upon arrival, please immediately inspect your package and ensure the internal temperature is cool to the touch and the vacuum seal is intact.
- 2.Document Issues
If you notice any shipping damage or quality concerns, take high-quality photos of the product and the exterior shipping box.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer concierge at [email protected] with your order number and the photos within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your claim and, if eligible, issue a full replacement or a store credit to ensure your hosting experience is perfect.
